PSYLLIUM husk powder (Plantago ovata Forssk): Regular bowel movements. Emollient and soothing action (digestive system). Normal stool volume and consistency. Prebiotic effect.

FENNEL extract (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.): Digestive function. Regulates gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination.

Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS): Promote the balance of the intestinal flora.

Bifidobacterium lactis (BLA281): Promotes the balance of the intestinal flora.

Bifidobacterium longum (BL268): Promotes the balance of the intestinal flora.

Dosage and method of use  
Unless otherwise advised by a doctor, we recommend taking the product according to the following sequence:

FIRST 2 OR 3 DAYS  
One sachet A per day (to be dissolved in 150 ml of water) for the first 2 or 3 days.

THE FOLLOWING 7 DAYS  
Thereafter, it is recommended to take one sachet B per day (to be dissolved in 150 ml of water) for 7 days.

For the following 10 days, it is recommended to repeat the same sequential intake schedule.

Take the product in the morning. If taking medication and/or other supplements at the same time, it is recommended to leave a one-hour gap between taking Likolax and these other products.

Warnings  
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Medical advice is required for the treatment of frail and/or elderly patients, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If you are taking medication, vitamins or minerals, consult your doctor, who may consider adjusting the dose. Use in children is recommended only under medical supervision.

Storage instructions  
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and localised heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly in its unopened packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
